These chaps are made with a quality chap leather, Betsy Ross flag on the right. The left leg is made with a metallic black chap leather and 1776 stitched down the leg in silver letters. Each side is trimmed in silver chap leather yokes,  and there is 12" silver fringe on the side and 6" on the bottom and there are 4 metal conchos and 2 chap snaps on each leg as well.
The measurements are as follows:
The waist is adjustable from 28" to 46'',
The legs will fit a 20" to 27" thigh,
And the total length, from the top of the yoke to the bottom of the fringe is 39".
